George is a great plumber and a great person. I met George through a home I was renting when he came to Canada. Since then he's become a great friend; it's unfortunate he's no longer close by in Vancouver.

Plumbing-wise, George has gone over and above helping me.. both in person and walk-me-throughs over the phone.

Him and another plumber put in new water and gas lines in a home I was moving into, as it had been cut out (mainly basement) by a junkie prior to me moving in. That allowed me to move in somewhat on time.

He's replaced a circuit board and fuse for my mini-gas super hot, in addition to doing maintenance on it. He's fixed a bunch of leaks for me and ran new water and gas lines. Also, helped auger my drains.

Exceptional Service!
George and his team were outstanding in the service they provided. Plumbing issues are a nightmare and without a doubt that Cochrane Mechanical gives you peace of mind. Our water tank came to an end and within a day George and his team provided us with good advice, a quote and a new electric tank. It is refreshing to finally find a company that is professional, friendly, and stays true to its word on all accounts. George did a sterling job and left all the cords neatly coiled, took away the waste and left the furnace room looking spanking new. He also fixed a bathroom tap issue - ordered the parts, kept us updated and we now have a tap that works without the the racket. George is highly skilled in his trade and you can be assured of the best advice and service. From the moment I contacted them, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy that I appreciated including their commendable professionalism and expertly finished jobs. What fantastic service! It was a holiday weekend, and I desperately needed a plumber out to look at my water heater. George was over that same day and had everything inspected, fixed, and ready to go in no time.
He was very upfront about cost, expectations, and time and kept me well informed of any updates.
