George is everything that people want out of Cochrane.  Kind, pleasant, reliable and efficient. We had a leak in our ceiling from the bathtub and George was quick to come over and diagnose the problem, create a temporary and permanent solution. All of this on a Sunday evening when he could be at home with his family.  If you are looking for a great local business please look no further. You won't regret it.

We helped a neighbor fix their furnace while they were out of town on the May long weekend. They were able to get the part from Cochrane Mechanical and then we were able to go pick it up, all in about a 20 minute turn around. We were so impressed, and that’s an understatement. Especially on a long weekend and after calling around to a number of other places who would all charge a minimum fee for call out on the long weekend and then the cost for parts and service. We will definitely be keeping you in mind for when we need any service or repair to our own furnace.

Our furnace igniter broke on chilly May long weekend while we were away. We called around and no one had the part we needed, but Cochrane Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC did! We were able to get our furnace fixed and the house is nice and toasty again. Thank you!

George is a great plumber and a great person. I met George through a home I was renting when he came to Canada. Since then he's become a great friend; it's unfortunate he's no longer close by in Vancouver. Plumbing-wise, George has gone over and above helping me.. both in person and walk-me-throughs over the phone. Him and another plumber put in new water and gas lines in a home I was moving into, as it had been cut out (mainly basement) by a junkie prior to me moving in. That allowed me to move in somewhat on time. He's replaced a circuit board and fuse for my mini-gas super hot, in addition to doing maintenance on it. He's fixed a bunch of leaks for me and ran new water and gas lines. Also, helped auger my drains. Great guy! You will happy using this company.. guaranteed!

Cochrane Mechanical installed our AC unit and they were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, very friendly, and did an outstanding job. Their pricing goes unmatched! Exceptional Service! George and his team were outstanding in the service they provided. Plumbing issues are a nightmare and without a doubt that Cochrane Mechanical gives you peace of mind. Our water tank came to an end and within a day George and his team provided us with good advice, a quote and a new electric tank. It is refreshing to finally find a company that is professional, friendly, and stays true to its word on all accounts. George did a sterling job and left all the cords neatly coiled, took away the waste and left the furnace room looking spanking new. He also fixed a bathroom tap issue - ordered the parts, kept us updated and we now have a tap that works without the the racket.
